Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all bookings and services provided by JP Pixel Studio, Tata Colony, Brahmapur, Odisha 760007, and to the use of this website. By booking a service, sending us files or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

Bookings and payment

• A date is reserved only after the advance shown for your package or quote is received. The advance is non-refundable; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• The balance is due on or before the event day unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees. Travel, stay and extra hours for events outside Brahmapur are charged separately.
• You can pay by UPI directly to our studio UPI ID, by bank transfer, or by card, netbanking or wallet through Razorpay. For direct UPI and bank payments, please share the transaction reference (UTR); the payment is confirmed once we see it in our account.
• Prices and availability given in chat are indicative. The final price is the one in our written quote or invoice.

Your responsibilities

• Share accurate event details, schedules and venue permissions in advance.
• Provide safe access and reasonable breaks and meals for our team during long events.

Sending us files

• You can send files through a private upload link from us, or on our website after signing in with your email and paying the upload token for your service.
• Each file can be up to 5 GB. Files go straight to our studio's Google Drive.
• You confirm that you own the files or have permission to use them, and that they contain nothing illegal or offensive. We may refuse or delete files that break this rule.
• We keep your files for 6 months after we deliver the finished work, then we may delete them. Please always keep your own copy of your originals.

Website account

Signing in uses a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email private; anyone who can read it can sign in as you. We may close accounts that misuse the website.

WhatsApp and our automated assistant

Messages to our WhatsApp number may be answered first by an automated AI assistant, which can make mistakes. Our team can see every conversation and can take over at any time; just ask to speak to a person. Bookings, prices and dates are confirmed only by our team.

Deliverables and timelines

Typical timelines: edited photos in 2-3 weeks, highlight films in 3-4 weeks, and printed albums about 2 weeks after you approve the design. Timelines may vary in peak season; we will keep you informed.

Copyright and usage

JP Pixel Studio retains copyright in the photos and films we create. You receive a licence to use them for personal purposes and sharing on social media. We may use selected work in our portfolio and social media unless you ask us in writing not to.

Studio partner and creator work

For editing, design and printing projects, you confirm you have the rights to the material you send us. Finished work for partner studios may be delivered white-label under the partner's brand.

Limitation of liability

We take great care with every event. In the rare case of equipment failure or circumstances beyond our control, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Brahmapur (Berhampur), Odisha.
