Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital deliveries

Edited photos, films and reels are delivered online through a private download link or cloud folder, shared by WhatsApp or email. Links stay active for at least 30 days; please download and keep a backup copy.

Printed albums and products

• Albums and photobooks are printed after you approve the final design, and dispatched within about 10-14 working days of approval.
• Custom t-shirts and accessories are dispatched within about 7-10 working days of design approval.
• You can collect orders from our studio at Tata Colony, Brahmapur, Odisha 760007 at no extra cost.
• We ship across India by reputed courier partners. Delivery usually takes 3-7 working days after dispatch. Shipping charges, if any, are included in your quote.

Tracking and damage

We share tracking details once your order is dispatched. If a package arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
