JP Pixel Studio ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, WhatsApp and our services, and how we use it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Information we collect

• Contact details you share with us: name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address.
• Event or project details: date, venue, service required and any message you send.
• Photos, videos and files you send us, or that we create while providing our services.
• Payment information is processed by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and deliver the services you book.
• To send booking confirmations, delivery links and service updates by WhatsApp, phone or email.
• To show selected work in our portfolio, only where you have not asked us to keep it private.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example payment processing, printing partners, cloud storage and WhatsApp), and when required by law.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting requirements. Project files are archived for a limited period after delivery. We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent for portfolio use, by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies. Embedded videos are loaded from YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.
