By submitting this form, I, the undersigned Studio Partner, agree to the following terms and conditions:

• I confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful to the best of my knowledge.

• I understand that projects and assignments will be provided based on mutual agreement and availability, and JP Pixel Studio holds no obligation to guarantee a minimum number of contracts or hours.

• I will respect client confidentiality and intellectual property rights associated with all work performed in partnership.

• I agree to timely communication and delivery according to the agreed schedules for assigned projects.

• JP Pixel Studio reserves the right to review and approve content and deliverables before final submission to clients.

• I understand that any use of JP Pixel Studio branding or materials for marketing or promotions requires explicit prior approval.

• I indemnify JP Pixel Studio against any legal claims arising from my professional conduct or content created under this partnership.

• I accept to adhere to all payments, commercial agreements, and workflow protocols as mutually agreed.

• I acknowledge that failure to comply with these terms may result in termination of the partnership agreement.
