Agreement to Terms and Conditions
By submitting this form and booking services with JP Pixel Studio, I agree to the following terms and conditions:
I confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge.
I understand that the booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed-upon deposit or full payment as specified.
The final delivery dates for photographs, videos, albums, and other deliverables will be communicated and adhered to as per the agreed schedule.
JP Pixel Studio reserves the right to use photographs and videos for promotional purposes unless I explicitly request otherwise in writing.
I agree to cooperate during the shoot, following the guidance of the photographers and videographers to achieve the best possible results.
Cancellation or rescheduling policies will be followed as stated at the time of booking, including any non-refundable deposits.
Any additional editing, retouching, or services beyond the scope of the package will incur extra charges.
JP Pixel Studio is not responsible for issues arising from client-provided information or changes in event plans beyond their control.
I release JP Pixel Studio from liability for any damages or losses related to the photography services, except in cases of gross negligence.
